What: tours of courtyard-sized suburban block with family-friendly productive garden, children welcome, questions answered, design information available.

  • Fruit trees and vines (25+ varieties)
  • Raised vegetable beds
  • Wicking and No-Dig beds
  • Rainwater harvesting
  • Automated drip irrigation
  • Wood-fired outdoor oven
  • Frog pond
  • Drought-tolerant (mostly native) verge garden
  • Bee hive (please be mindful of bees foraging in the garden)
  • Eco renovation including solar PV, hot water and space heating
  • Mega worm farm
